Do 30g Protein Shakes need to be refrigerated?

While our ready-to-drink shakes are shelf stable and tolerate heat well, we recommend cooling the unopened Orgain ready-to-drink shakes by refrigerating them, then shake well, and enjoy! Once opened, ready-to-drink shakes should be consumed within 2 hours or consumed within 72 hours after opening and refrigerated.

Where does the 1g of sugar come from in 30g Shakes?

The <1g or 1g of sugar per serving^ comes naturally from sugars inherent in the milk protein and from the natural flavors.

Is there caffeine in the 30g Protein Shakes?

Vanilla, Chocolate, and Fruity Cereal – No added caffeine! The Chocolate flavor does have a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from the organic cocoa, but it’s less than one-tenth of what you’d find in a cup of coffee.
Café Latte – This one’s for the coffee lovers! Each 11oz shake has about 97mg of caffeine, roughly the same as an 8oz cup of coffee. Perfect for a protein boost and a little pick-me-up.
